Gov. Scott Walker Says State is Broke, But We Can Afford Lots of iPads!

After plenty of protests, Scott Walker is not exactly the most popular governor in America, and for good reason. He recently said that the state of Wisconsin is flat broke. So that would explain why a new agency he created spent $60,000 on new iPads and 3G service? Could they have gotten some WiFi? Republicans might say Democrats "tax and spend", but the GOP just spends.
