My Thoughts on The Presidency of Bill Clinton

This will be the last of my thoughts on the Presidency of whoever. I've done every single president until now except Bush Jr. and Barack Obama. Obama is still in his first term, and Bush Jr. hasn't been out of office that long. So for the sake of being fair, I'll give Bush Jr. till the end of Obama's term(s) for a retrospective. So yeah Bill Clinton became the first Democrat to get the high seat
