Herman Cain Steals 999 Tax Plan Idea From Sim City?

It's seems like a strange coincidence, but when a guy like Herman Cain quotes a random bit from a Pokemon movie I don't doubt he stole the 999 idea from Sim City. Sim City 4 had a tax plan just like Cain's where there was 9% on income, corporate, and retail or something or another. I've never played it myself. What's next? Turning prisons into Zelda dungeons? 

A Look Into Video Games: Squirtle

Squritle was one of the original Pokemon starters for Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue. I loved the original Squirtle in the anime. Especially his sunglasses. He was also decent in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as one of Pokemon Trainer's playable Pokemon. His original Japanese name is Zenigame which means pond turtle. He was also put on an official $1 coin for the tiny island nation of Niue.
