Before getting into the Xbox, Microsoft was never much of a hardware maker. I guess that's why they were called Microsoft. But the original controller was pretty pathetic. Sure it wasn't unusable, but it sure felt way too big. The buttons were way too close together as well. Japan on the other hand got a much better controller from day 1. Daytona USA Coming to PSN and Xbox Live Arcade
The classic racing game will hit both downloadable services at the end of October. They will feature steering wheel support, and cost ten bucks.

Burnout Crash! Coming to iOS
The game proved a hit on XBLA and PSN, and now it's coming to iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Expect it later this year.

Fact of the Day: X-Band
Back before Xbox Live or PSN gamers could play against each other through other methods. It even went as far back as the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo with devices such as the X-Band. For a monthly fee players could connect and play against each other using a dial-up connection. At the height of the service, they had 7000 subscribers.

Windows Phone Can Now (Partially) Control Your Xbox 360
A new app for the Windows phones coming soon or out now (can't find a release date) will allow your Windows Phone to control your Xbox 360 menu. Also works for movies, I highly doubt you can do anything with games.

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair Releases on PS3 on September 27
The game has been on XBLA for quite some time, but now it's ready for a PS3 release as well. Expect it to be about $15.
